The China Academy of Engineering Science and Technology Innovation Strategy (CAEIS, hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Innovation Strategy) was established on August 25, 2016. It was jointly established and led by the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics, and operated by the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics. The Institute of Innovation and Strategy implements an organizational management structure of “Council Decision-Making, Academic Committee Guidance, and School Council Responsibility”.
